We currently ship within the United States only. We ship from Draper, Utah via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your hat. Because our products are custom-printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, we absolutely stand behind our work:

Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement
Wrong item received: We'll ship the correct item right away at no charge
Print quality issues: If the print is peeling, cracking, or defective, we'll replace it
