What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a premium printing method that produces bold, full-color graphics with incredible detail. Unlike screen printing or vinyl, DTF prints are soft to the touch, won't crack or peel, and hold up wash after wash.

How do I wash my hat?

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry only — don't put your hat in the dryer or washing machine. The brim and structure will thank you.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Draper, Utah.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 ship free within the US.

Can I return or exchange my hat?

We want you to love your hat. If something's wrong with your order, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Since our hats are custom printed, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but defective or damaged items are always covered.

Do you do custom orders?
