Overview

This website is operated by Pitcher Perfect Hat Co ("we," "us," "our"), a small family business in Draper, Utah. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use this store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Some of our designs include adult humor and strong language. By using the site you confirm that viewing this content is lawful where you live.

Products and pricing

Every hat is made to order. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but your screen may display colors differently, and embroidery can vary slightly from hat to hat. Some product photos are digitally produced mockups of the finished design. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order you paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Promotions

Discount codes and automatic offers (such as Buy 3, Get 1 Free and free shipping over $60) can't be combined with each other unless we say otherwise. One offer applies per order. We can change or end a promotion at any time.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Because our hats are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we replace or refund defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery.

Reviews and other content you send us

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or idea, you give us permission to use, edit, and publish it in connection with our business, without payment to you. Don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The site, its designs, photos, text, and logos belong to Pitcher Perfect Hat Co or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our written consent.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to violate anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or collect others' personal information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitcher Perfect Hat Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pitcher Perfect Hat Co harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
