Processing time
Every hat is made to order in Draper, Utah. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $60
- Standard shipping: $6.99 (typically 3-7 business days after the order ships)

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, from Draper, Utah via USPS.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@pitcherperfecthatco.com with your order number and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
